Our #1 favorite place to eat! Impossible for me to name a favorite dish, everything we've tried has been absolutely delicious! Bonus — they have a low carb & low calorie menu — which does not compromise on flavor! The Evolution menu may actually even be better than the regular menu!

The flavour is well tailored to Canadian. They seasoned their Dan Dan noodles with peanut butter for the nutty smell and sugary taste. Their rice bowls are leaning on the fusion side so keep an open mind and enjoy!

My husband and I love eating here at least once and sometimes twice a week !!! The food is absolutely amazing, the best in New Glasgow hands down !!! The owner, his mom and their staff are so incredibly friendly. We can't say enough good things about it there.

Absolutely amazing experience with Mamatsu Fresh Asian Kitchen! The fast delivery service to my office was incredibly convenient, and the selection on the Evolution Menu was outstanding. Everything was fresh, flavorful, and beautifully presented. I highly recommend them for anyone craving authentic Asian cuisine with top-notch service. Five stars all the way!

A great stop in New Glasgow, NS for lunch. The menu is small but more than enough to pick from. We had the coconut mango chicken and the Dan Dan noodles. The coconut mango chicken is exactly as it sounds, sweet and a little tangy from the mango sauce with actual mango chucks in it in a creamy coconut sauce. This balanced out the Dan Dan noodles as it was on the salty side as it was heavily sauced over a big heap of noodles. This dish would be solid with less sauce and some vegetables like bean sprouts to break up the richness of the sauce. I ended up dipping in hot water to wash off some of the sauce to eat the noodles. Overall a nice and affordable stop for lunch with decent portions and friendly service.

Great spot for a mix of Thai and Chinese flavors. Went for a tasty lunch. Food came out quickly and was delicious. Friendly service. Parking our front gets full as the lunch service gets going. But the neighborhood is easy enough to navigate to find a spot. I will definitely come back next time I'm in town.
